Meet Edita – Hospitality Expert Supporting Local Hosts Across the New Forest & Beyond

With over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry, Edita has an outstanding reputation for her skills, having worked in the largest and most prestigious hotels in London, Bahrain, Qatar and Dubai, where she received specialist training in all areas of front office and housekeeping operations.

 

Edita personally hires and trains each member of the Spotlight Hospitality Solutions team, to guarantee the highest standards for all of our clients, and ensure the highest levels of trust, care and reliability. 

 

Alongside Spotlight Hospitality, Edita was inspired to create a training programme to help others learn the essentials of housekeeping for hospitality, sharing her knowledge and skills with others who want to achieve the highest standards of hygiene and care for their customers.

Founder Background

As a multiple business owner herself, Edita owns and manages several apartments and rental properties within the New Forest area, and a laundry service for corporate and personal customers.

Her hard work and determination for both businesses were recognised by the SOStars Awards in 2020 where Edita received awards for the ‘Best Rising Star in 2020’ (EdKa Laundry) and ‘Bronze’ for Accommodation in Southampton (Edka Room).

The Housekeeping Essentials for Hospitality training course is available online or by arranged onsite training, and provides step-by-step instruction and first class housekeeping checklists that will help improve efficiencies, guest experience and staff performance.
